Member Spotlight: Acurast’s New Hub Brings Transparency and Real-Time Insights to Decentralized Compute
As the decentralized physical infrastructure movement continues to evolve, one of the recurring themes we see across projects is the need for transparency, accessibility, and meaningful engagement. Acurast, one of our association’s founding members, has taken a major step toward addressing this with the launch of the Acurast Hub—a platform designed to open up its network like never before.
For those who may not be familiar, Acurast is building a decentralized compute network powered by smartphones. Over the past months, their ecosystem has grown rapidly, with more than 46,000 devices onboarded as Acurast Processors, and over 15,000 active Cloud Rebels contributing to the network. What’s more, Acurast’s reach now extends to over 115 countries, making it one of the most globally distributed decentralized compute ecosystems in the space.
Until recently, much of this activity was only visible through Acurast’s internal tools. But with the launch of the Acurast Hub, this network’s activity and growth are now on full display for the wider community. The Hub offers real-time network status updates and combines features previously available only through the Acurast Console into a unified, data-rich platform.
What’s Inside the Acurast Hub?
The Hub introduces a range of new features aimed at offering greater visibility into the Acurast ecosystem and enhancing the user experience:
Live Feed: A real-time window into network activity, including the number of heartbeats being sent by processors (each device pings every 30 minutes), attestations submitted, and recent compute deployments across the network.
Device Management: Onboarding new Core Processors is now easier than ever with a streamlined QR-code process.
Geographic Insights: A dynamic visualization showing the global distribution of Acurast Managers, offering a clearer sense of the network’s scale and reach.
Deployment Overview: An accessible dashboard to monitor both active and historical compute deployments.
Notification Center: Important alerts and updates are now easier to find, helping participants stay informed about significant network developments.
This launch represents an important step forward, not just for Acurast, but for the DePIN ecosystem as a whole. Transparency, accessibility, and real-time insights are key to building trust and fostering participation in decentralized networks—and Acurast’s latest initiative embodies these principles.
For those interested in exploring the network in more detail, the Acurast Hub is now live at hub.acurast.com.
